Q. What happens if a participant wants to withdraw?
A. The identifiers that were entered with the data during participation will be removed. No additional patient data will be entered for the withdrawing participant. (03/16/07)
Q. How do I view data entered on a particular patient?
A. Once you have selected a participant of interest, under Patient Data select Measure
Review. To see the questions in alphabetical order, click on the Name column variable
and drag it up one row to “Drag a column header here to group by that column” and
release cursor.
Scroll through the page numbers to find the question of interest.
Click on the “+” beside the item to see the entered value.

A. The Measure Review Feature allows you to view entered data on a particular participant.
Select “Measure Review”, then select a participant of interest. To see the questions
